Chief Executive Officer

Jorge E. Palma serves as the CEO and President of FiberPal Communications, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership experience. He has a proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and organizational development. Prior to joining FiberPal, Jorge held key roles as Vice President and Project Coordinator, where he successfully led initiatives across the Southern California region, with a primary focus on Los Angeles County. His expertise lies in driving growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

Gabriel Palma

Fiber Technician

Gabriel Palma is a seasoned Fiber Technician with over 15 years of expertise in coaxial and fiber infrastructure, primarily serving the Los Angeles Metro area and surrounding regions. He has successfully coordinated and executed projects for renowned companies such as IES, FiberTel, Wiring Connection, HG Communications, and Crown Castle.

George Palma

Fiber Technician

George Palma is a highly skilled Fiber Technician with over a decade of experience in fiber optics and network engineering. He has successfully completed numerous projects in the Los Angeles Metro area and surrounding cities, as well as in diverse locations such as Hawaii, Las Vegas, Tennessee, and Utah. George has worked both as an in-house technician and an independent contractor for esteemed companies including VCI, Wiring Connection, FiberTel, and Crown Castle, consistently delivering exceptional results.
